Ingredients
60ml gin
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add your choice of gin.
Top with the Indian tonic water and stir gently.
Finally, garnish with the cucumber, lemon, or grapefruit.
Wild Cucumber Stunner
Ingredients
1 cucumber peeled or a dry wild cucumber
Mashed cucumber
60ml gin (cucumber-flavoured gin works best)
Mint leaves
Soda water
Ice
Method
Take the thinly peeled cucumber and lace it around the inside the glass. Using a muddler, mash the cucumber inside the glass.
Add your choice of gin and stir.
Add the soda water and ice. Garnish with mint leaves.

Ingredients
25 ml Cape Town Pink Lady Gin
5ml Strawberry liqueur
15ml Squeezed lime juice
3 Strawberries (cut into pieces)
2 Fresh basil leaves
Soda water
Ice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass packed with ice and stir well. Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of fresh mint.
