These tables are every bit as functional as they are striking, blending playful elements with a serious design aesthetic. Dombolo are full-figured outdoor tables named after the Xhosa dumplings. Dombolo’s organic-shaped tops with naïve curves are a biophilic reference to cellular amoebae. In bean shapes and imperfect circles, Dombolo has a relaxed feel appropriate for outdoors. Intentionally oversized table legs in dairy tube add a sculptural quality to the tables.
